We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Expert to join our team at Sunwing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide personalized travel recommendations and solutions to clients
  • Sell a range of travel products and services to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Assist with local business building promotions and networking events
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Invoice and document client files accurately and efficiently

What You'll Need:

  • Experience as a Travel Counsellor or in a related field
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual (French/English) language skills
  • Provincial certification (OPC)
