Traffic Control Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated Flagger to direct traffic around construction sites, protecting the safety of our crew and the public. Key responsibilities include:
- Directing motor and pedestrian traffic
- Preparing and setting up traffic plans and lane closures
- Adhering to Axiom Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Assisting in professional responses to public complaints
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Sound knowledge of traffic regulations
- Ability to use hand signals and direction signs
- At least two years of experience in flagging or traffic control
- Valid Traffic Control Person certification
- Level 1 First Aid certificate
Axiom Builders offers competitive compensation, including an estimated hourly rate of $36 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits and perks include:
