Job Title: Carpenter - Formwork Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter - Formwork Specialist to join our team at Omega Formwork Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and install formwork for concrete structures, including walls, floors, and foundations
  • Measure, cut, and shape materials to exact specifications
  • Assemble and join materials to create strong and durable formwork
  • Ensure all formwork is properly secured and meets safety standards
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in formwork construction and carpentry
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
