Job Title: Carpenter - Formwork Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter - Formwork Specialist to join our team at Omega Formwork Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and assembling formwork for various construction projects.

Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience working at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and will be comfortable with a physically demanding workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
Requirements
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training.
  • Working at Heights training.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Carpenter Red Seal Certificate.
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
