We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing donations
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the success of the store team
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting and reconciling cash and credit card transactions
