Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales associates to duties effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and customer engagement.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.
- Create and manage work schedules to meet business demands and employee needs.
- Sell merchandise through effective communication, demonstration, and promotion of products.
- Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising reports, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Address customer concerns, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, organize stockroom operations, and ensure seamless product flow.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant retail experience.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers and colleagues.
- An organized and reliable approach to work, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude, able to collaborate with colleagues and adapt to changing situations.
- A willingness to relocate for this opportunity.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
