We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Bell Flight. As a key member of our Material Support Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CH146 fleet.
Responsibilities:- Support the Senior R&O Analyst in planning and coordinating maintenance activities to meet fleet demands and budget parameters.
- Create Malfunction Reports and maintain accurate records of unserviceable aeronautical products.
- Coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.
- Manage inventory and facilitate SAP transfers for serviceable and unserviceable assets.
- Develop and implement work scopes and shipments for best value vendors.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute to the development of departmental procedures and policies.
- AME/FAA/EASA Licence or equivalent aviation experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in a customer service organization (preferably aviation).
- Familiarity with SAP asset inventory management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with French as a secondary language an asset.
