About the Role
K-LINE BUILDING MAINTENANCE LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other workers, training other workers, and determining office procedures and routines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide other workers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide training and support to other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant staff members.
- Respond to electronic enquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
