Job Title: Office Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at BAWA FINANCIAL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility

Working Conditions:
