- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales volumes, merchandising strategies, and personnel matters.
- Address and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service representatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations to foster team development.
