About the Role:
The Professional Development Specialist – Clinical Pathways will play a key role in supporting the orientation and competency-based skills development of hospital staff. They will work collaboratively with the inter-professional program team to implement evidence-based practices, with a focus on developing clinical pathways or protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, education, and clinical expertise to support the development of clinical pathways or protocols
- Collaborate with the inter-professional program team to implement evidence-based practices
- Model clinical excellence and core competencies
- Work to advance professional nursing practice and other professions as appropriate through leadership, learning, and development
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing education and clinical leadership, with a strong understanding of clinical pathways and protocols. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide education to hospital staff.
