Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential for providing direct patient care, guided by the CNO's three-factor framework.
- Delivers patient-centric care within the scope of practice, leveraging the three-factor framework of the CNO.
- Maintains compliance with established hospital protocols and emergency procedures.
- Fosters a practice aligned with entry-to-practice competencies, standards of practice, guidelines, and relevant legislation.
Key qualifications include recent experience in acute general medicine nursing, IV therapy initiation and maintenance, health teaching, and CVAD access and sampling. Additionally, they should exhibit expertise in complex medical populations, skin assessment, and wound care.
