We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Consultant to join our Technology Risk Services team in Toronto. The successful candidate will provide IT Advisory and Assurance services to clients in the Asset Management and Financial Services space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments of business process risks and controls for clients in the Asset Management and Financial Services space.
  • Perform IT Advisory and Assurance services, including SOC audits and external audit engagements.
  • Review new and existing systems for adequacy of business and IT controls, security, and operational considerations.
  • Engage in business development activities to increase awareness of the firm's services and level of commitment to the local market.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and resources, and guide field engagement teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Business or Finance, ideally with a major in accounting.
  • Completion of one or a combination of the following designations: CPA, CFA, CISA, CRISC.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in assessing information technology or business process risk, ideally within a large consulting practice.
  • Strong understanding and experience with business process, operations, and controls-based audits.
