About the RoleWe are seeking a Dishroom Team Member to join our team at Jimmy's Tea House. This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area, including washing and sanitizing dishes and other items by hand. You will also be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. If you are a team player who is reliable and has excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area
- Wash and sanitize dishes and other items by hand
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Clean and sanitize floors, walls, and other surfaces as needed
- No degree or diploma required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
