Operations Leadership Trainee

Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Perform duties dealing with the day-to-day coordination of freight and truck movement in a particular region, with routine customer contact and execution of detailed and administrative work.
- Fleet Dispatcher: Execute the day-to-day activity of an assigned driver fleet, monitoring and accurately distributing information, and identifying and participating in the resolution of issues.
- Planner: Coordinate assets to satisfy the needs of clients, drivers, and the company, accurately predicting availability and potential, and properly acquiring freight to effectively utilize assets.
- Fleet Manager: Oversee the overall productivity and performance of assigned drivers and tractors, through ongoing review of key performance indicators and active participation in strategies to positively affect results.
