Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high level of performance of our plant equipment by implementing maintenance procedures, methods, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
  • Perform safety inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive vibration analysis and lubrication program to optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment conditions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement root cause analysis and corrective action plans to address equipment failures and reliability issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of maintenance budgets and ensure technical justification of maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in mechanics or vocational training + 5 years experience in maintenance in an industrial environment.
  • Fluently bilingual.
  • Strong understanding of process explorer (IP21) and ability to locate equipment problems by monitoring trends based on process flows.
  • Good understanding of maintenance costs and budget and ability to make decisions taking into account equipment risks and budget constraints.
  • Computer literacy, especially SAP.
  • Problem solving methods and tools (Root Cause Failure Analysis, Risk Analysis...).
