Job Title: Parts Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Green Diamond Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories to our customers. In addition, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote parts and accessories to meet customer needs
  • Record all sales and counter transactions, and process parts orders in a timely manner
  • Supply Service Technicians with parts as required
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays, and keep the parts department clean and orderly
  • Verify receipting-in of shipments, and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
  • Follow up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager
  • Assist in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order
  • Assist in maintaining department reports, including no bin, negative on hand, etc
  • Work with other departments as directed by your Parts Manager

Requirements:

  • Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
  • Basic parts and machinery knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Fork lift license an asset
