Job Title: Insurance Brokerage Manager

Cavell Risk, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Brokerage Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality insurance brokerage services to clients. As a critical point of contact, you will manage relationships and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and cultivate strong relationships between markets and clients, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and presented professionally.
  • Ensure all data requests from clients and markets are met on time.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals, working with policies that have higher limits, number of exposures, and customization with minimal supervision.
  • Support and assist in the advancement of the Associate, Client Experience.
  • Oversee billings and payment collections to ensure they are received by the deadlines.
  • Complete additional sales, negotiation, or prospecting skills training to improve on-the-job performance.
  • Follow regulatory affairs, competitive market, and legal frameworks to ensure the company operates in compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Mitigate or control potential risks effectively, protecting the company from harm.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Effective at building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficient conflict resolution and management abilities.
Working Conditions:
  • Connect and network with key contacts at industry functions.
  • Able to work on a computer for long periods of time.
  • Required to work in a busy, open area office.
