Insurance Brokerage Manager

The Client Experience Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional insurance brokerage services to clients. They serve as a key point of contact, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting sales and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between markets and clients, ensuring submissions are complete and accurate;
- Meet client and market data requests on time;
- Prepare quotes and proposals, working with policies that require minimal supervision;
- Support the development of the Client Experience team;
- Oversee billings and payment collections to ensure timely receipt;
- Complete additional training to enhance sales, negotiation, and prospecting skills;
- Ensure regulatory compliance by following market trends, laws, and regulations;
- Meet or exceed continuing education requirements and maintain licenses in good standing;
- Mitigate risks to protect the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field;
- Effective relationship building and conflict resolution skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Key Relationships
- Internal: Executive, Colleagues, Support Staff;
- External: Clients, Insurance Companies, Underwriters, Claims, Engineers & Consultants.
Working Conditions
- Network with industry contacts at events;
- Work in a busy, open area office environment;
- Use a computer for extended periods.
