The Client Experience Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional insurance brokerage services to clients. They serve as a key point of contact, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting sales and marketing efforts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships between markets and clients, ensuring submissions are complete and accurate;
  • Meet client and market data requests on time;
  • Prepare quotes and proposals, working with policies that require minimal supervision;
  • Support the development of the Client Experience team;
  • Oversee billings and payment collections to ensure timely receipt;
  • Complete additional training to enhance sales, negotiation, and prospecting skills;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by following market trends, laws, and regulations;
  • Meet or exceed continuing education requirements and maintain licenses in good standing;
  • Mitigate risks to protect the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Effective relationship building and conflict resolution skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Relationships

  • Internal: Executive, Colleagues, Support Staff;
  • External: Clients, Insurance Companies, Underwriters, Claims, Engineers & Consultants.

Working Conditions

  • Network with industry contacts at events;
  • Work in a busy, open area office environment;
  • Use a computer for extended periods.
