Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team at LotusFlare, Inc. in the heart of Silicon Valley. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud-native digital commerce and monetization platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions using cloud-native technologies and stacks (e.g. AWS, Azure).
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cloud infrastructure initiatives and ensure smooth rollout of new features.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 cloud infrastructure support and issue resolution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong background in cloud-native technologies and stacks.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience with security frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Kafka, ELK stack).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
