Job Title: Chef Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef Specialist to join our culinary team at Northern Motor Inn.

About the Role:
  • As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • You will also be expected to supervise kitchen staff, assist with menu planning, and ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cooking experience in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
  • Familiarity with kitchen management software and inventory systems.
