Job Overview



The CAA Club Group is seeking an experienced Technical HRIS Implementation Specialist to join its team. This role will play a key part in the design, configuration, and maintenance of our SuccessFactors modules, ensuring data integrity and system performance.

About the Role:

As a Technical HRIS Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with HR stakeholders and end users to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes, including employee central, payroll, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and onboarding. You will design, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs, conduct system testing, and troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and end users to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and configuration guides.
  • Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies.
  • Demonstrate profound knowledge of process modeling standards and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits.
  • Develop SuccessFactors reports for various HR initiatives and analysis.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR management, or a related field.
* Certification in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
* Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst or a similar role.
* Proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules.
* Good understanding of system integration concepts and experience integrating SuccessFactors with other HR or business systems.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
* Demonstrated functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

What We Offer:

The CAA Club Group offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
