My Sea to Sky is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Executive to lead our organization into its next chapter. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all medical operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement medical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of medical services
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare organization
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing medical strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
