Job Title: Office Administrator Lead

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator Lead to join our team at BetterPro. The successful candidate will have experience in overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
