About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Food Service Supervisor who can lead our staff in preparing and serving high-quality meals to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field (an asset)
