Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Press'd Sandwiches.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Recruit and hire food service staff, ensuring a diverse and skilled team.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for budgeting and cost control.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
