The Role Involves

  1. Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as personal care, household tasks, respite care, medication assistance, and special functions
  2. Promoting a safe environment through proper body mechanics, transfer techniques, and home safety practices
  3. Providing cognitive, social, and emotional support to patients
  4. Preparing nutritious meals and snacks using proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene practices
