Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair X15 engines, as well as power trains, electrical systems, steering systems, electronics, brake systems, and suspension systems.
  • Utilize Insite and EDS to navigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Write accurate and detailed repair stories for customer and warranty work.
  • Identify and document warrantable repairs.
  • Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or verify repair resolution.
  • Complete technical reports from different manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work in a team environment and present a professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • College certification in Truck and Transport.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to continue training and professional development.
  • Clean driver's abstract and criminal reference check.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to work in Windows-based software.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a service environment.
