Job Summary

At Window Force Inc., we are seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution
    • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with established standards and procedures.
    • Examine welds and ensure that they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Material Evaluation and Preparation
    • Determine the weldability of materials and select the appropriate welding process.
    • Prepare metal parts and products for welding, including cleaning and degreasing surfaces.
  • Welding and Fabrication
    • Operate various welding machines and equipment to fabricate and repair metal parts and products.
    • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a standard 35-40 hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency.
