Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing Performance to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve organizational targets.
- Conduct market analysis to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partnerships and identify new business opportunities to drive company growth and profitability.
- Stay current on the latest industry trends and developments, including feeding technologies that will allow Accoravillage to continue to differentiate and lead in the industry.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience leading sales and marketing teams with a proven track record of setting strategic and tactical plans to deliver profitable growth.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully growing in market, creating new business opportunities, and attracting new customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to travel across Canada for various shows, events, and potential new partnerships periodically.
