About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Specialist to join our team at DEV Constructions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop conceptual designs for outdoor spaces, taking into account client needs and preferences.
  • Prepare proposals and estimates for landscaping projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Survey and assess designated sites to determine the best course of action for landscaping and maintenance.
  • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products as needed.
  • Perform various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting treatment solutions.
  • Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental uses, and other purposes.
  • Plant and move trees, ensuring proper care and maintenance.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Wear steel-toed safety boots and follow all safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
