We are seeking an administrative coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of exceptional client service and administration of Individual Life policies. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external clients.

About the Role

You will provide judgment, education support, bilingual service, and advice to advisors and clients regarding forms, product knowledge, and determining the best next steps for clients. Additionally, you will apply knowledge to provide superior client service, process changes, and investigate requests for purchasing additional insurance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate solutions and resolve errors regarding Individual Life policies, and process policy loans and withdrawals.
  • Correspond with advisors and clients on tax-related transactions and advise on overall taxable implications.
  • Process policy change lists and complete appropriate coding for reports and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with Policy Contracts, procedures, and applicable regulations.
