Job Summary

No Frills is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Support the sales floor team by assisting with sales, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
