Customer Experience Specialist

At Weins Auto Group, we are passionate about transforming the auto industry by delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating customer and vehicle processing, greeting customers, and assisting them in picking up vehicles. You will also explain service work, notify customers of backorder parts, and diagnose specific customer problems accurately. In addition, you will check and review work in process and open R.O.'s to ensure that all work is being performed properly and meeting time schedules.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual who possesses exceptional communication skills and has previous experience in a service advisor role within the automotive dealership environment. Requirements:
* Previous experience in a service advisor role within the automotive dealership environment is an asset.
* 1-3 years of customer service experience.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Valid Class G Driver's License.
