About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at A-Tech Roofing Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of various roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to meet project specifications.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Install vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation to meet building codes and regulations.
  • Clean work areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy loads (over 45 kg/100 lbs) as required.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
