Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Mike's Insulation Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the installation of insulation materials, loading and unloading construction materials, and performing various tasks related to construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
  • Apply and secure insulation using various methods
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
