Job Title: Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team at Aldahan Renovations Inc. as a key member of our construction crew.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and assisting in the alignment of pipes during pipeline construction.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Assisting in the alignment of pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assisting in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Paving and raking asphalt
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The job will involve standing for extended periods, walking, and handling heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • High school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
Language:

The language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The work hours are 30 hours per week.
