About the Role

Cintas is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our industrial laundry facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems and components including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers.
  • Perform preventive/predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct various welding activities as required.
  • Perform boiler chemical testing and make necessary chemistry adjustments.
  • Identify and resolve safety concerns promptly.
  • Ensure indoor and outdoor housekeeping standards are met.
  • Manage inventory supplies effectively.
  • Prepare accurate maintenance records.
  • Evaluate and monitor work performed by internal and external service providers.
  • Respond to emergency alarms in a timely manner.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and provide guidance when needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military setting.
  • Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
  • Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.
  • Physical stamina to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
