As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing loading dock and door equipment, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair loading dock and door equipment, including overhead doors, commercial doors, and loading dock equipment.
  • Work with our coordinators to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts and equipment.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and report any issues or defects with equipment, and work with our team to resolve them.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in the overhead door and loading dock industry.
  • Highly proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Sound mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to complete daily work tasks.
