About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at SHAAN TRUCK SALES LTD. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and prepare sales contracts.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Quick learner, flexible, and reliable.
