Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 employees, including grocery clerks and shelf stockers
  • Implement and maintain store policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or management role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
