Job Title: Assistant Manager - Produce Department
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Marché Riendeau Beloeil Inc. in the Produce Department. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing price and credits policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Implement price and credits policies
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Determine staffing requirements
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Conduct performance reviews
- Supervise staff
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
