Master Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced Master Craftsman to join our team as a Stonework Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing walls, pathways, and decorative elements with precision and artistry.

As a Master Craftsman, you will be working closely with site supervisors and other trades to maintain seamless workflows. You will be required to assess and prepare surfaces for proper installation and alignment, mix and apply mortar to ensure strong bonds and clean finishes, and construct walls, pathways, and decorative elements with accuracy and artistry.

• Bricklaying and Stonework: Construct walls, pathways, and decorative elements with accuracy and artistry.
• Mortar Application: Mix and apply mortar to ensure strong bonds and clean finishes.
• Surface Preparation: Assess and prepare surfaces for proper installation and alignment.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges such as material inconsistencies and structural adjustments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to maintain seamless workflows.

• Specialty Experience: Proficiency in custom stonework, fireplaces, and intricate brick patterns.
• Materials Knowledge: Expertise with natural stone, concrete blocks, and specialty materials.
• Tool Mastery: Skilled use of masonry tools, including trowels, jointers, and chisels.
• Certifications: Masonry Certification or related credentials.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with construction software for scheduling and reporting.
