About the Role

ARC Business Solutions Inc. is a customer-centric information technology solutions provider with a proven track record of incorporating strategy, creativity, and technical expertise into business solutions.

Our service delivery focuses on four main technology solution verticals: Systems Delivery, Enterprise Information Management, Training, and Managed Services.

We are currently seeking an experienced Integration Senior Development Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to delivery teams.
  • Identify project priorities and develop and update work schedules for project team members.
  • Identify project risks and create mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.
  • Review designs, code, and packaged solutions and provide feedback and direction where necessary.
  • Provide active and regular communication with technical team members.
  • Write and present regular status reports.

We are looking for an individual with experience ensuring the technical execution of the program is aligned with strategic technology direction, and that standards and roadmaps evolve to meet the detailed and evolving needs of technical solutions that vendors bring to the client space.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in computer science or a related field and at least 5 years of related experience.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Ability to communicate complex security vulnerability issues effectively to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
