Banquet Server Part Time Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests in accordance with AccorHotel's high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Banquet team to ensure seamless service delivery and a consistently high standard of service.
  • Effectively handle guest concerns and report any irregularities to the Banquet Captain.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar function in Food and Beverage, preferably Banquets or Conventions.
  • Post-secondary education in Hotel/Food and Beverage Management is an asset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make effective decisions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly and stand for long periods.

Please note that this is a part-time position, and you may be required to work on holidays, weekends, and overnights. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and possess ProServe certification.
