About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Semios. The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and 3+ years of Canadian and US tax compliance experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee global tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle cross-border activities, global transfer pricing, and complex business transactions.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership and business units to provide tax guidance and support on various projects.
  • Maintain and update documentation for tax compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Serve as a key contributor in the selection and implementation of tax management tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Professional Accountant designation or equivalent certification and experience.
  • 3+ years of Canadian and US tax compliance experience.
  • Familiarity with international compliance beyond North America.
