  • Familiarity with the Canadian performing arts community and the Canadian Theatre Agreement.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Enthusiasm for a collaborative work environment and partnership-building.

A minimum of 5 years of experience at two Canadian theatre organizations is preferred.
