Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Expert

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at 4-Way Traffic Control Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our fleet management department.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure seamless logistics management.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient logistics operations.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on logistics performance and operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
- Manage finances and budgets for logistics operations, including arranging shipping documentation and tracking goods in transit.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards for transportation and storage.
- Negotiate services and rates with suppliers to minimize costs.
- Oversee vehicle scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance to ensure optimal logistics performance.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management, construction, or a related field, and possess strong leadership and analytical skills. A valid driver's license is also required.
