You'll collaborate with internal teams across marketing, supply chain, and commercial groups to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Manage and grow national retail accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and business alignment
  • Lead business reviews, analyze POS sales data, and optimize margin performance
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on product launches, inventory planning, and promotional execution
Skillset:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in national account management, sales, or business development, preferably within consumer goods or retail industries

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret POS sales data and market trends
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and commercial teams
