SML Inox seeks an experienced Executive Sales Strategist to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in our Regional Business Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives, aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create integrated business plans, ensuring customer-centric approaches and effective resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning, promoting collaboration and performance excellence within the team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with other regional leaders to share best practices, learn from successes and challenges, and drive consistency across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in business or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant life science sales experience, with proven leadership skills and a track record of success.
- Previous experience in launching products and managing complex sales portfolios, with a strong understanding of business acumen and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in omni-channel strategies, with a focus on virtual and digital engagement channels.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and nationally for business purposes.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination required for this position.
